The Bangladesh Society for Human Capital Management (BSHCM) is a professional, non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization dedicated to advancing the practice and profession of Human Capital Management in Bangladesh.

BSHCM brings together HR and Human Capital Management professionals, academics, practitioners, researchers, organizational leaders and other stakeholders committed to strengthening people management and organizational development.

The Society aims to create a professional platform where knowledge, experience and ideas can be shared, professional standards can be promoted, and meaningful collaboration can take place among professionals across industries and institutions.

The Society is established under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act XXI of 1860) and operates across Bangladesh.
